During our personalised design consultations at your home, we engage in thorough discussions to capture every detail of your space and goals.

This allows us to gather a comprehensive brief from you. Subsequently, we meticulously craft our designs based on our collaborative insights as a team.

After refining your full design schemes, we curate sample boards and visual representations which can include both 2D and 3D drawings. These are designed to help you envision the transformation of your home. We understand how personal this journey can be, so we communicate and work with you to adjust the design scheme accordingly until you are fully satisfied.

Once the design has been finalised, we compile a full design scheme for you featuring a full list of sourced items for your property. Many of our clients opt for our project management and installation services additionally, where we can take care of everything in order to bring your final design to life hassle-free.

As an optional service, we also provide installation and project management services to bring your design to fruition and your dream home to completion.

Once your designs are approved, we collaborate with a network of trusted in-house and third-party contractors who will skilfully execute the project to a high standard. We handle all technical drawings, and agree all details with contractors before hand to ensure a build that fits your budget and timeframe.

The first stage is crucial as it sets the foundation for your home renovation journey.

Our team will visit your home to thoroughly understand your needs and preferences. Your assigned Designer will will start crafting the design scheme for your project (for more details see here), while your dedicated project manager assesses the technical and physical aspects involved. Architectural and structural drawings will be created to align with your project scope.

We understand how personal this journey can be, so we communicate and work with you to adjust the design scheme accordingly until you are fully satisfied. We'll then develop a comprehensive bill of materials and scope of work and agree this with the trades involved- whether they’re your own or our in-house team.

We establish a clear specification that serves as the guiding framework for everyone involved in the project to ensure cohesion and clarity throughout the process.

A full project timescale plan is produced, alongside 2D and 3D floorplans, drawings, elevations, sample boards and mood boards where appropriate. Depending on the nature of the work, we'll also handle any necessary planning permissions or building control requirements.

Attention to detail is crucial here to ensure a successful project completion within the agreed timeframe. We also account for potential delays, ensuring our schedule remains realistic and achievable.

Creating detailed, practical, and flexible schedules for each phase of the project ensures you are fully informed about the progress and timelines. Your Project Manager will keep you updated regularly, providing clarity on the process and answering any questions you might have.

Once approved, the fun begins for us as works start to take place in your property, and our expertise truly shines. During this phase, your Project Manager will keep you informed every step of the way. They'll inspect and approve each element of the project as it progresses, ensuring transparency and quality assurance throughout.

After finishing the physical renovation works, your Designer begins installing the furniture according to your designed scheme, working toward final completion.

During the project review, we ensure that any outstanding issues (snags) are identified and addressed according to industry standards. Our team conducts a thorough inspection of your home to ensure everything meets our high standards before final completion is confirmed.
