ROLES AVAILABLE:-
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the RWDS team and support Rebecca in her day-to-day work. This role will be based in our East Horsley Studio.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role (preferably within the design or creative industries)
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive and self-motivated with a knack for anticipating needs and acting on them
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growing, fun team!
- Local to the East Horsley area
- Perfect role for someone who wants to pursue a career as an EA long-term with a growing, supportive company. Please note that this role is not a transitional role into a design role
- Full UK Driving License
- Competitive salary (DOE) with 30 days of annual leave and team incentives
