Managed by AREA Asset Management, the Bridge Road development sought to increase their GDV for each unit as they became re-available for letting. Requiring light refurbishment, we undertook the full design and refurb for multiple units already, with more on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis. Showcasing the potential to the market, we specified a full staging and dressing package for the penthouse apartment, to create a showcase for future lettings.
Understanding the balance between investment and return, we worked with AREA to model various investments into the apartments, to ensure the GDV was a successful strategy, creating a showcase blueprint for future developments and refurbishments.

Full design and scope of works for multiple units, including the penthouse suite.
Sanding, repairing and varnishing the existing engineered flooring.
Full making good and redecoration of the units from a blank white canvas into a warm and styled apartment
Changing of mismatching and basic sockets and switches to higher end hardware
Replacement of any worn appliances and worktops
Stylish acoustic panelling as a feature in the master bedrooms
Dressing and staging with beautiful furniture and accessories for photography, viewings and swifter lettings
