Project Reigate: Complete!
We are delighted to have completed on our Reigate project! Our client, Louisa approached us earlier this year shortly before she was about to complete on her new home in Reigate. Seeking a design and project management service, we were delighted to be awarded the opportunity to renovate her 70s-decorated home, and we thoroughly enjoyed every second of the project.
The main works undertaken included bringing down several walls and building other new structures to make each room more practical and spacious. Over the years, the property had been rented out and layers upon layers of wallpaper, tiling and cabling were uncovered, leaving the property in a worn-down state.
Ripping out every room (besides the kitchen), we designed each room from the ground up, to make a beautiful and practical home for Louisa and her lovely pup Jake.
Just some of our highlights:
Stunning Amtico herringbone flooring laid throughout the downstairs of the property!
A beautiful stair runner was designed and make to sit against the beautiful bespoke panelling that Chris installed. It is such a talking point as you enter the front door!
A full new bathroom refit was completed, featuring beautiful Victorian-style floor tiles and stunning wall lights.
During the rip-out, we found four layers of wallpaper and two layers of tiling in some of the rooms!
We look forward to sharing the full case study in due course!
