Month in Review: September 2024

As autumn settles in, we're excited to share the highlights of a busy September at Rebecca Winter Design Studio.

We started the month with our studio opening party! The team spent days blowing up balloons and crafting arches to decorate the outside of our little studio. With only minor weather altercations (a giant hail storm an hour before the party started) that cleared up miraculously by 7pm, we started the night with drinks, socialising and an amazing charcuterie board! The support from everyone was truly heart warming and it was lovely to spend time with friends, family, clients and suppliers to introduce Rebecca Winter Design Studio to the world.

Rebecca, Rachael and Em also embarked on a trip to Bristol to meet with two clients for upcoming projects. Our first stop was Chatford House, a beautiful Grade II listed property and the second property is nestled on the coast with breath taking views of the Bristol Channel. We spent the day taking measurements, discussing designs with clients and taking lots and lots of photographs. Watch this space for updates on both exciting projects!

Back in Surrey, Hannah took on an exciting staging project for a commercial property in Chertsey. She dressed the property so beautifully, ready for photographs to be taken and to be put on the market.

Perhaps the most exciting development this month has been the growth of our team. Our new designers are settling in wonderfully and we were excited to welcome Rachael, our new marketing assistant at the start of the month. Now the RWDS has grown, make sure to keep an eye on our socials for upcoming posts about new projects and more!
